Payment
Deposits can be payable by Debit card or Cheque, balance is payable during your stay by Debit card or cash.
Credit cards are also accepted.
General
All damages including accidental damage must be paid for during your stay without exception
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire building this includes the en-suites and windows
Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover payments required due to cancellations
Deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
56 days or more before arrival deposit only
55-28 days charge will be 35% of booking total
14-27 days 50%
6-13 days 65%
1-6 days 80%
arrival day 100%.

Booking Service
We use a professional booking service, Freetobook, to process bookings etc. Freetobook operate under their own privacy policy which can be found on their site.
